GATLIN O’Donkor has joined Vanarama National League high-flyers Barnet on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old striker has struggled for starts this season with Oxford United, having been mainly used as a substitute, and as second choice centre forward to Mark Harris.
Despite making 26 appearances across all competitions for the U’s this campaign, only three of them came as starts, with none of those in Sky Bet League One though.
U’s head coach Des Buckingham told the club website: “Gatlin needs regular game time and with Barnet doing well at the right end of the National League, this is an exciting move for him and will help his future development.”
Barnet sit third in the National League, under the guidance of manager Dean Brennan.
